I had fantastic experience buying my Mazda 3. Very open, honest people who want to make a genuine business. Excellent communication. All my questions, text messages, emails were answered to my full satisfaction. The car has been serviced, new MOT done, all as we agreed. One small issue after I collected the car - with a mirror - has been fully resolved. This people prove they care about their customers not only before but after the transaction is done as well. Will return there in the future. Not easy to find a car dealer providing this quality of service these days.

In January 2011 I was looking looking for a Second Hand car to replace my defunct car and I found Feathercrest on line, I spotted a Ford Focus which just looked like in fitted the bill, I travelled across to the site to have a look and found the staff very helpful and they assisted me all through the transaction, I received a very good trade in fro my old car and when I returned to complete the transaction I was surprised to find a full tank had been provided, I have now had the car for 5 years this week it is a 53 Reg Ford Focus Saloon and I describe it as a settee with an engine, it has passed the MOT every time the fifth occasion was yesterday and I am of course very pleased. I can only thank the Company and The Staff for a great deal which has continued to give me the car I needed at my age of 77, reliable and inexpensive to run,. Thank you very much Feathercrest Cars.
